01 The problem
If they can't see it, they won't book it.
A guest opens twenty listings and closes eighteen before reading a single word.
They decide in three seconds, from the cover photo alone. If that photo is dark,
crooked and there's no video behind it, your price never even enters the conversation.

02 How it works
Four steps. You never have to be at the property.
Step 01
Send the photos you already have
Phone photos are fine. If none of them are usable, we send you our
photo guide: a four-page PDF that walks you
through shooting them yourself in twenty minutes, with no gear and no photography skills.
Step 02
Get your test video in 48 hours
A short tour of your property, built from your photos. Not a template,
not somebody else's example. Yours, ready to publish.
Step 03
Like it, you pay. Don't, you owe nothing
No small print and no sales call in between. Tell us by email or WhatsApp
and that's the end of it.
Step 04
Everything arrives ready to upload
Photos and videos in the exact format each platform expects, via a private download
link. No watermarks, and no cropping left for you to do.
No visits. No schedules to juggle. No travel costs on your invoice.
03 Services
Buy one thing, or the whole listing.
Everything is sold separately. Start where it hurts most and add more once you've seen the result.
04 Work
A listing nobody could see. And what happened next.
Featured case · 2-bedroom apartment
Living and dining room, refurbished flat
The flat had just been refurbished, but the photos were taken with the blinds half down
and the lights on. White walls came out grey, the wooden floor looked
dead, and the cover shot was the darkest photo of the set.
ApartmentSpainFull Listing Pack
We rebuilt light and colour across every photo: recovered the real white of the walls, the
warm tone of the floor and the green of the plants, and straightened the window verticals.
Then we cut the property video, walking the spaces in order. The living room became the
new cover shot.

05 Pricing
Clear prices. The same across Europe.
No custom quotes, no surprises at the end. Pick the way you'd rather buy.
Essential Pack
For the listing that just needs to stop looking dark and finally have a video.
Two things you only get as a subscriber: your
work goes to the front of the queue, ahead of one-off jobs,
and your listing never goes stale, because every season it gets refreshed.

Host plan
For one property that wants to stay current without you thinking about it.
Those volumes are monthly caps, not a quota you have to burn through. Most properties
use far less. What a subscriber really buys is going first in the queue when high
season arrives and everyone asks at once.
From owners who no longer shoot their own photos at nine at night.
What surprised me most was not having to be at the flat. I sent last year's photos over WeTransfer on a Tuesday and had the video on Thursday. I was in Madrid; the flat is in Málaga.
Marta IbáñezApartment · Málaga, Spain
I ordered just the 15-photo edit to test them, no video. They sent back a living room with genuinely white walls and straight lines. The following month I booked the tour.
Joan FerrerCountry house · Girona, Spain
The result is very good and they were a pleasure to deal with. One thing: the first cut of the tour had music that made no sense for an 18th-century stone house. I said so and they changed it the same day.
Cristina VidalCountry house · Cáceres, Spain
I manage fourteen flats and what I needed was for all of them to look equally good without coordinating anyone. With the per-property plan I just send photos as I refresh each one. And in June I didn't have to wait in the queue.
Nuno RibeiroManager, 14 flats · Lisbon, Portugal
I was embarrassed to send my photos, they were awful. They sent me a PDF guide, I reshot everything in half an hour with my iPhone following the steps, and that's what the video was built from.
Elena PratsStudio flat · Barcelona, Spain
They invoiced my German company without VAT against our VAT number, no fuss — which isn't always the case with small suppliers. The villa tour is on Booking and on our own site, and we email it to anyone who enquires.

07 Who we are
There are two people behind this, not a contact form.
We're a small studio based in Mallorca, working across
Europe from a desk.
We started out editing photos for a property management company and stayed for one
specific reason: in short-term rentals a photo isn't decoration, it's the entire shop
window. We only work with holiday rentals. No weddings, no products, no portraits.
That's why we know what a guest looks at on Airbnb, what Booking crops, and why the
cover photo decides the rate you can ask for.
We work with a written contract, proper invoices and delivery via a private link.
The photos you send stay yours, and we never use them anywhere without asking you in writing.

08 Frequently asked
What people ask before sending us their photos.
Yes. You send your photos, we send back a short tour of your property built from them, and you decide. If it doesn't convince you, you pay nothing and we won't chase you unless you ask us to. We don't take card details to get started.
That's the most common case and it isn't a problem. Any phone from the last few years is more than enough. We just need them in focus and showing the space; light, colour and crooked walls are our job. If none of them work, we send you our PDF guide and you reshoot in twenty minutes.
Ten will do, and 15 to 25 gives a noticeably better result because we can choose. For a full property tour we ask for at least one photo of each space: entrance, living room, kitchen, every bedroom, every bathroom and the outside.
However suits you: upload them in the form on this page, paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link, or send them on WhatsApp. If you use WhatsApp, choose "document" instead of "photo" so they don't lose quality.
Test video: 48 hours. Photo editing: 3 working days. A full pack with a property tour: 5 to 7 working days. In high season the queue gets longer — subscribers always go first. If you have a deadline, tell us when you write and we'll confirm whether we can hit it before we start.
Yes. Since the whole process is online, your country makes no difference. We've already worked in . We work in English and Spanish, and invoice both individuals and companies anywhere in the EU.
No, never. We don't do site visits. You don't need to be there, leave keys, block your calendar or pay travel costs. That's exactly why we're faster and cheaper than a local photographer.
On Booking and Vrbo you can upload it to the property page. On your own website, your Google Business profile and regional portals, too. Airbnb has changed what it accepts on a listing more than once, so before we start we look at your specific case and tell you where your video will end up. And there's one place that always works and almost nobody uses: sending it straight to the guest who messages you about dates before booking.
Yes. Once you've paid, the final files are yours with unlimited usage rights: listings, social media, your own website, paid ads or print. No watermarks, no expiry date. The music we use comes with a commercial licence included.
Every delivery includes one free round of changes: music, pacing, room order, captions or how strong the editing is. If it still isn't right after that round, we refund that service. We've never had to argue about it.
No. All three plans are month to month and you cancel by email or WhatsApp — no retention call, no penalty. If you paid annually and cancel halfway through, we refund the months you haven't used. The photo and video allowances are a monthly cap and don't roll over.
Yes, we always invoice. Individuals and Spanish companies are charged with VAT. Companies in another EU country with a VAT number valid in VIES are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge. We accept bank transfer and card.

No agency tells you this and it's the first thing you should ask: every platform handles video differently, and one or two don't take it at all.
How we handle it
Before we start we look at which portals you're listed on and what each one accepts today. That decides the lengths and formats we deliver, so you don't end up with a file you can't upload anywhere.
The place almost nobody uses
Sending the video straight to whoever messages you asking about dates. It doesn't depend on any platform, and it's where it makes the most difference.

Property tour video
An ordered walkthrough of the whole place, in the same order someone arriving with a suitcase would see it. It answers "how big is it?" before anyone asks.
Who it's for
Any rental where the layout is a selling point, which is nearly all of them. It's the video that performs best on Booking, on Vrbo and on your own website, and the one that saves you the most back-and-forth in messages.
What we need from you
At least one photo of every space and, if you can, a note on where the front door is.

Whatever the property needsIt depends how many spaces there are to show. We confirm it before we start.
Another add-on for owners running the property's social accounts. The hard part of social isn't filming, it's not running out halfway through the month. Eight different pieces and a calendar to post them.
Who it's for
Owners already posting on Instagram or TikTok who run out of ideas in week two.
What we need from you
15 photos or more, including details: the coffee machine, the view from the bed, the front door.
We will never charge you extra for your video fitting the platform you want to publish it on.
Why it matters
Automatic cropping cuts off corners and captions. We reframe shot by shot so the point of interest stays inside all three formats. And every portal accepts a different length and file size — we handle that too.

Professional photo editing
It's the cheapest thing we do, the fastest, and the one that changes a listing most. If you're only going to buy one thing, buy this.
Who it's for
Any listing with photos that are dark, yellow, crooked or taken on a phone at nine at night. Which is most of them.
What's included
Light, colour, contrast, whitened walls, perspective correction, reframing, and the final photo order with the cover shot chosen.
Straight walls are the difference between "a photo of a flat" and "a catalogue photo". It's included with every photo we edit.
Who it's for
Every photo shot on a phone or a wide lens, which is where verticals lean inwards.

Sky replacement and exterior cleanup
You shot in February under a white sky. Your guest is searching for July. We fix it without it looking faked.
Who it's for
Terraces, pools, gardens and façades photographed on a grey day.
Our rule
Skies that are believable for your region and orientation. No impossible sunsets: if the guest arrives and doesn't recognise the place, you're the one eating the review.
Airbnb crops at 3:2, Booking at 16:9, and mobile shows something different from desktop. We hand you each photo already prepared for each one.

Photo order and cover shot
The cover decides whether they open you. The order decides whether they keep looking. We decide both, and tell you why.
How we do it
The cover isn't the prettiest photo, it's the one that best answers what your typical guest is searching for. Then we order the rooms like a viewing: what makes them fall in love first, details last.

Extras · Staging
Virtual home staging
We furnish an empty room digitally, or update decor that has aged, without buying a single piece of furniture.
Who it's for
Newly bought flats, empty rooms, or properties about to be refurbished that want to start taking bookings now.
Important
Every staged image is delivered clearly labelled as such. That's what the rules require, and what stops bad reviews from broken expectations.
A floor plan answers in two seconds what people otherwise message you about: how many bedrooms, where the bathrooms are, and whether those four adults really fit.
What we need from you
A hand sketch with rough measurements, or the plan from your deeds. Either works.
A title and description written to sell and to be found in the platform's search. In English and Spanish, both written properly, neither machine-translated.
What's included
Title, property description, space-by-space text, guest notes and house rules written in a tone people don't resent.
Our job is the video on your listing. But if you also run the property's Instagram or TikTok, we'll cut the same material as a reel so you don't have to commission it separately.
Who it's for
Owners already posting on social, or about to start. If you don't run social accounts, you don't need this — put the money into the tour video.
What we need from you
Nothing beyond what you already send us for the listing.
Everyone's first worry is "but my photos are terrible". This guide is the answer, and it's yours even if you never become a client.
What's inside
What time of day to shoot for each orientation, which lights to switch on and which to kill, how high to hold the phone, which corner of each room to stand in, and what to move out of shot first. Room by room, with a final checklist so nothing gets missed.
